RETURNS POLICY

Our "return policy" is that we want to communicate with you and find a way to make you happy! So, if you are concerned for any reason, start by emailing us at customercare@sanaraskincare.com. We want to make sure you are using the products in the best way possible for your skin. If you are unsatisfied, and have approval from us in an email, you may return your products for store credit, for the full amount you paid for the item minus all shipping, within 21 days of the products being delivered by the carrier. We do not credit, or refund charges for shipping. An additional shipping fee of $10 will apply for all returns. We are a tiny, passionate company, and we don't want you to give up on Sanara because of one order you didn't love. But, if you're not open to that, we'll give you a refund as long as we have the products back within 21 days of the date the package was delivered to you. Again, we can't refund the shipping - sorry. 

In short, email us with questions. We really want to help, and should be back to you via email within 48 hours in most cases.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 days, sometimes 3 if it's a weekend/holiday, or if we are having a promotion.  
  • We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer flat rate ($10) shipping in the US for orders up to $75, and free US standard shipping on orders over $75. Sanara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier. If you need your package shipped "signature required," please leave us a note in the comments section of your order. SANARA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES MARKED "DELIVERED" Express 2-day US shipping is available for a flat fee of 25.00, and usually ships via FedEx. Orders placed before 10AM Central time on a business day will be shipped that day. After 10AM, the order will be packaged and shipped on the next business day. 
  • International shipping will be via USPS or UPS, and is weight based. SANARA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT THE USA. We cannot predict or control the customs charges for international shipments - we are not responsible for additional duties or customs charged by the destination country.
