Whether you're already a bath connoisseur or are just dipping your toes in for the first time, we’ve rounded up some tips on how to create the perfect bath experience.
Water temperature
Studies have been carried out on the question of what the ideal temperature for taking a bath is, and the optimal temperature is considered to be around the range of 98.6 °F, which is close to the standard temperature of a healthy body. According to Melissa Piliang, a dermatologist at the Cleveland Clinic, you want water to be at a temperature that can also wash away any dirt and bacteria from your body but isn’t higher than 112 °F.
Snacks
Take this opportunity for self-care to the fullest with a healthy snack to munch on while you soak in the tub. There are plenty of snacks that you can easily enjoy while taking a bath but finger foods like a fruit cup, sliced veggies, cheese and crackers, or morsels of chocolate are ideal.
Drink of Choice
This could be any drink from champagne, coffee, hot tea, sparkling water, or water with lemon. Choose a drink that makes you feel refreshed, calm and relaxed. Ahem....I prefer vino.

- Arthritis
- Headaches

- Skin conditions
Pour 1 or 2 scoops of a natural bath soak into running warm water and you’re all set!
Candles

Post Bath Essentials
Once you’re finished keep all the restorative benefits of your bath by bundling up in a cozy bathrobe or set of comfy pajamas. Since the warm bath water can be dehydrating for your skin make sure to generously apply body oil and drink a big glass of water.
