Our "return policy" is that we want to communicate with you and find a way to make you happy! So, if you are concerned for any reason, start by emailing us at email@example.com. We want to make sure you are using the products in the best way possible for your skin. If you are unsatisfied, and have approval from us in an email, you may return your products for store credit, for the full amount you paid for the item minus all shipping, within 21 days of the products being delivered by the carrier. We do not credit, or refund charges for shipping. An additional shipping fee of $10 will apply for all returns. We are a tiny, passionate company, and we don't want you to give up on Sanara because of one order you didn't love. But, if you're not open to that, we'll give you a refund as long as we have the products back within 21 days of the date the package was delivered to you. Again, we can't refund the shipping - sorry.
